  • Adds more exercise, removes foods you shouldn't be eating and adds new activities to improve your lifestyle
  • The aim of this phase is to takes your nutrition, exercise and lifestyle to the next level and to be more self aware

Phase 3 - Personal online coaching

  • Customised coaching to personally optimise your health and performance 
  • Fine tunes the solid base you build in the first two phases, focusing on your areas that needs more attention
