A good way to start being active is walking. It is simple, easy and most people can do it. It is also a good way to include the whole family. All you need is a good pair of walking shoes and you're good to go. 


Tips to help you get motivated

Try finding items in nature - lakes, rivers, waterfalls, birds, trees (outdoors is a big place so there's a lot to see)
Walking the dog
Walking to a destination (like to get coffee)

Playing sport is another good way to keep moving and fit. Team sport is a good place to meet new people that have the same interest as you.

Lifestyle also includes your downtime and how you recover. If you never allow your body to recover you'll never get the best results your training hard to get. Sleeping is a simple way to let your body to grow.
